Main Responsibilities
- Prepare sites for construction and ensure safety
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment
- Load, unload, and assemble materials and tools
- Regulate traffic around construction sites
- Remove debris from construction sites
- Assemble scaffolding and temporary structures
- Transport and operate heavy machinery
Job Requirements
- Experience in construction or a similar field
- High school diploma or equivalent (a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to perform strenuous physical tasks
- Eagerness to learn and receive additional training
