Expectations of a Dishwasher/Utility Team Member:
- Maintain excellence in food safety and cleanliness with the cleaning and sanitizing of dishes.
- Keep dishes organized and put away neatly and clean in the areas they belong.
- Prevent cross contamination between dishes that contact raw chicken and those that don't.
- Assist kitchen team members in sweeping floors.
- Keep trash cans from overflowing and take trash bags outside to the trash and recycling area.
- Help kitchen team with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Display a cheerful and positive attitude.
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
- Lift objects up to 50 lbs., when necessary.
