Retail Sales Associate/Guest Service Associate
As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin—making a lasting impact every day.
A Day in the Life:
- Manage the front desk and retail areas, including restocking and organization
- Coordinate guest flow, handle inquiries, and maintain the reservation system
- Answer calls and assist with guest questions
- Handle payments and transactions
- Recommend and educate on service packages (this is a BIG part of the role)
- Deliver a personalized guest experience using brand standards and service techniques
