of our food and as a Dishwasher, you’ll be helping to set the standards for the enjoyment of our guests.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- With the direction of the General Manager, assists and executes the following:
- Wash and organize dishes for the BOH
- Perform scheduled cleanings throughout the kitchen, dining room, and patio areas
- Assist other BOH positions by performing various tasks such as wrapping brisket, preparing cold prep items, monitoring trash levels, etc.
- Assist BOH with all needs during peak, busy hours
- Perform Rotisserie, Baker, Hot
- Prep, and Cold Prep responsibilities as needed
- Help organize and put away inventory, dry goods, and fresh food
Essential skills and experience:
- Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and be detail oriented at an efficiently fast pace.
- Must be team-oriented, dependable, adaptable and have a strong work ethic.
- Guest service oriented
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
