Coral Ridge Mall Chick-fil-A is currently seeking high level leadership candidates for both our Front of House and Back of House Team to fill Director level positions in anticipation of our upcoming business growth. Basic Duties of the Role:
- Learn all aspects of the CFA business.
- Help ensure smooth flowing operations throughout entire shift, managing the leaders beneath you.
- Plan, train, and develop team on a continual basis.
- Collaborate with other leaders on identifying and building emerging leaders.
- Oversee Teams by delegating tasks, training, and problem-solving in the moment.
- Complete daily checklists.
- Professionally communicate: consistently, clearly, and kindly.
- Maintain proper food safety and cleanliness.
- Help create systems in the restaurant to grow and develop the business.
- Cultivate a spirit of Hospitality for the guests and the Team.
- Hit monthly benchmarks and goals as set by Operator.

Salary and Benefits:
Total Compensation Package: $74,000
Base Pay: $60k/year ($24/hr average 45 hours/week)
Insurance: $300 a month contribution ($3,600/year)
401k: $1-$1 match up to 3% ($0.50-$1 match from 3-5%, potential 4% total benefit: $2,400/year)
Food: $120/week of free food benefits ($6,000)
PTO: 1 Hr per 30 Hrs worked (about 2 weeks/year)
Additional Benefit: Free education at Point University (yes, FREE online classes at an accredited university)
