What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate crew members to deliver fast, friendly service.
- Communicate shift priorities, assign tasks, and set clear goals.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to help team members succeed.
- Create and maintain a guest-first culture—resolving concerns with care.
- Ensure brand standards, recipes, and safety guidelines are followed.
- Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and guest-ready.
- Drive sales and support store profitability.
- Manage cash handling and ensure accuracy during your shift.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
