Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile upon entering and leaving the store.
- Manage transactions efficiently using a cash register.
- Ensure accurate pricing and quantities while scanning goods.
- Accept payments in cash, credit, or check, providing change and receipts.
- Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Assist customers with returns, refunds, and complaints.
Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems and in a fast-food is a plus.
- Good math skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to effectively resolve customer complaints.
