ROLE PURPOSE
- Oversee daily shift operations, effectively lead the team, and ensure guests are given a remarkable experience

- Guest Recovery

- Keep up to date with Labor Laws & Pathway knowledge.
- Track Daily, Weekly, Monthly Cleaning Tasks
- Oversee and ensure effectiveness of New Hire Training

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Cleanliness and Organization of Front of House, Walk-In Cooler, Walk-In Freezer, and Back Room
- Oversee completion of Front of House Checklists
- Oversee New-Hire, Team Member, & Trainer development
- Create a high energy, competitive atmosphere
- Model sense of urgency
- Ensure next shifts are set up for success
- Managage Productivity/Labor
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Open: At least once a week
- Close: At least once a week
- Must be able to work Friday & Saturday

- Previous leadership/management experience in the restaurant industry
