The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the back-of-house at Jekyll Island Seafood. This role focuses on execution: managing people, systems, and standards to ensure consistent food quality, smooth ticket times, and a safe, clean kitchen. The Kitchen Manager is not a chef role—they follow established recipes and menus, support the team, and keep the operation running efficiently in a busy airport environment. The Kitchen Manager will have input on menu creation and improvements, providing feedback on what works in a high-volume airport setting.
