At Chick-fil-A Florissant, the Supply Specialist role is critical to the success of the business. The supply specialist is responsible for getting store products from the delivery pallets to the shelves.
Position Type:
- Part-time (5:30 am - 9:30 am)
- Full-time (5:30 am - 2:00 pm) - Full-time Supply Specialist will work as a Back or Front of House Team member after supply work is complete
Supply Specialist Responsibilities:
- Unpacking truck inventory and placing it on the appropriate shelves
- Receiving and storing of merchandise from third party vendors
- Ensuring accurate inventory
- Verifying and processing vendor credits, as required
- Manually sorting, stacking, organizing and rotating products in storage areas using FIFO (First In First Out)
- Retrieving and preparing merchandise for stocking and performing case cutting
- Removing product from packaging and disposing of related cardboard and trash
- Assisting with organization & cleanliness while upholding safety standards and requirements
- Lift, carry, push and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis for approximately three to four-hour shifts
