Position Summary
As the Center Experience Manager, you’ll drive center success by overseeing front-of-house operations and mentoring your sales team to exceed key performance metrics. We’re seeking a leader who sets the standard for guest satisfaction and builds a vibrant, motivated workplace where both associates and the business can grow.
This is a highly guest-facing leadership role (approximately 80% customer interaction) that ensures daily operations run smoothly while delivering the 'wow' factor our guests love!
Key Responsibilities include:
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure brand standards are consistently met
- Lead the charge in referral-based growth by capturing new guest leads
- Promptly address guest feedback in a timely, solution driven manner
- Drive guest retention and satisfaction
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop Guest Service Associates
- Support hiring and onboarding
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching
Operations and Sales Performance
- Manage scheduling and staffing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Handle inventory, expense management and reporting
- Coordinate maintenance and vendors
- Execute front-end sales strategies
- Track and improve key metrics
- Motivate team performance
Community Outreach and Marketing
- Participate in local events
- Build community relationships
- Support marketing initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven record of smashing sales targets and building winning teams
- A passion for people and sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable means of transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
