You must have flexibility in your schedule and be committed to completing all tasks before leaving the store.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate preparation of all orders by overseeing Team Members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Monitor and uphold speed of service guidelines
- Supervise cash handling procedures and security measures
- Address and resolve guest issues
- Provide direction, feedback, and support to Team Members
- Run breaks
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Chick-fil-A experience preferred
- Follow Chick-fil-A system and processes while executing with operational excellence
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience is an asset
- Hard-working, team-oriented, and friendly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management, problem solving, and organizational skills
