Chick-fil-A Livonia is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team in Livonia. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining legal compliance, implementing talent strategies, and ensuring a remarkable guest experience at every touchpoint. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage talent management strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, training, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations
- Ensure HR documentation and compliance for all employees; this includes minors
- Handle disciplinary conversations and terminations
- Respond to employee questions and complaints promptly
- Oversee legal cases and work with legal counsel as needed
- Develop recruitment pipelines and maintain recruiting information
- Assist in restaurant operations and CARES communication when needed
- Process payroll and manage uniform distribution
- Coordinate Team Member engagement activities and recognition programs
