Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- Respond immediately and respectfully to guests' needs.
- Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for shifts.
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
- Open and/or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and manage key holder responsibilities.
- Count drawers and finalize daily operations.
- Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a smile and create eye contact.
- Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people skills with a passion for serving team members.
- Commitment to superior customer service.
- Ability to manage team member performance and behavior.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting up to 50lbs.
- Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.
