Chick-fil-A Livonia is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader who is dependable, motivated, and ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Shift Lead, you'll help ensure the restaurant operates smoothly while supporting, coaching, and developing team members.
What You Can Expect
Pay: Starting at $16 hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance, training, and experience.

- Sundays off
- Must be available to work 5 days per week including Fridays and Saturdays
- Flexibility to work closing shifts and complete all closing responsibilities before leaving

A Day in the Life of a Chick-fil-A Restaurant Shift Leader
As a Front of House Shift Lead, you may:
- Lead and support Team Members during daily restaurant operations
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served with speed and excellence
- Ensure the team delivers craveable food and exceptional hospitality
- Monitor speed of service and help the team meet operational goals
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
- Supervise cash handling procedures and follow security processes
- Address and resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
- Provide direction, feedback, coaching, and support to Team Members
- Run team member breaks and help maintain effective shift coverage
- Create a positive, supportive, and training-focused environment
- Lead restaurant opening or closing procedures
- Ensure all closing responsibilities are completed before leaving the restaurant
What We're Looking For
We're looking for leaders who:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Enjoy leading, coaching, and developing others
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Are dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Are willing to follow Chick-fil-A systems and processes while pursuing operational excellence
- Have previous customer service experience preferred
- Have previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
- Are flexible and available to work 5 days per week, including closing shifts
- Have reliable transportation
- Are eligible to work in the United States
- Lead others with honor, dignity, and respect
