We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This position focuses on commercial plumbing installations, service, and repairs. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and capable of working independently while providing high-quality workmanship and professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water, drain, waste, vent, and gas piping
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform efficient, code-compliant repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing specifications
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations
- Estimate labor, materials, and time required for plumbing projects
- Complete assigned jobs on schedule and communicate job status with management
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job reports
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and on ladders
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work with tools for extended periods
