About the Role

Lead evening/night operations, ensuring safety, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Oversee staffing, inventory, and closing procedures while representing Chick-fil-A’s values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage night shifts: lead team, maintain guest experience, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, and secure store operations.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance.
  • Schedule, coach, and manage staff performance.
  • Control labor and food costs; optimize shift productivity.
  • Handle guest issues, incident reporting, and team safety.
  • Coordinate handoffs with daytime leadership.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years management experience in quick-service or hospitality; night-shift leadership preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.
  • Comfortable with cash reconciliation and security procedures.
  • Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays availability.
