KEY AREAS OF OWNERSHIP
- Act as a liaison between our marketing department, restaurant teams and the communities we serve to execute sales and traffic-building programs at the local store level
- Support restaurant-level execution of system-wide marketing initiatives through email communications, phone calls and restaurant visits
- Execute marketing plans and attend events for new store openings and community events
- Oversee organization and planning of all fundraising event opportunities for restaurant locations
- Evaluate and process charitable requests
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners to include sponsorship negotiations and deliverable coordination
- Assist in digital content development and creation to include scheduling/posting social media posts, website updates and other digital content as needed
- Compile financial and statistical information such as daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Field incoming questions, concerns and requests to identify appropriate response action and follow through
- Accomplish marketing team and organization objectives by completing other tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of accomplished brand development or marketing experience
- Restaurant experience a plus; previous experience in local marketing for a multi-unit restaurant, retail or service organization preferred
- Professional and accountable with excellent organizational, time-management and follow up skills
- Must possess a passion for food and restaurants
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently to complete objectives and gain results with little supervision
- Detail oriented follow through on commitments and requests, project status and results reports
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Personal characteristics that include reliability, integrity, self-confidence, collaborative, and service-oriented working style
