As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, speed, and quality service while leading and mentoring a team. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our operational standards, keeping the team motivated, and preparing for peak business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support team members in providing outstanding customer service
Manage shift operations, ensuring speed of service and accuracy
Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and safe counts
Implement and track daily productivity and labor goals
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized environment
Execute deep cleaning and inventory management tasks
Assist with catering orders and drive-thru operations
Foster a positive work environment and drive team success
