Brooks' BBQ is looking for a Buffet Supervisor who has a passion for food, is reliable and wants to join our team.

Position Summary:
Supervise buffet staff and back of the kitchen to ensure hot and cold items on the buffet food line are kept filled, clean, and attractive, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises and guides buffet and prep staff to ensure the needs of the buffet are being met
- organize transporting of serving pans of hot and cold food items from the kitchen and inserts them into the buffet line.
- Ensures hot and cold food item pans are full, clean, and attractive during meal session.
- Keep buffet line clean.
- Directs staff to remove left over food items from buffet line at the end of a meal session.
- Cleans buffet food line at the end of a meal session.
- Communicate between all key people
- Ensure proper temp readings are taken and documented regularly throughout the meal service
- Responsible for ensuring all food quality and safety measures are being met
- Meet proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards
Requirements:
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods
- Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts)
- Enjoys working with people
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience is preferred
