Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking someone with management experience to oversee the operations of the kitchen and restaurant. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and management skills to ensure the smooth operations of restaurant processes. As manager you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the restaurant. You will assist employees by providing guidance and training to staff as necessary to ensure not only the timeliness of food ordered but also the accuracy and quality of all food leaving the kitchen as well as helping to ensure the satisfaction of the customer service being provided to our patrons.

 

Responsibilities

include:

  • Supervise employees and organize food orders
  • Oversee all areas of the front and back of the house
  • Guide and train employees as needed
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized
  • Perform closing duties

Requirements

Include:

  • 2 years of experience working in a restaurant with at least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Valid ServSafe certification preferred but not required
  • Can work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all staff
  • Attention to detail
  • Available to work nights, weekends, holidays
