Morning shifts, starting at 5 AM or 6 AM depending on the day.
Managing inventory levels in department, including weekly ordering and managing date codes daily.
Managing price changes to maximize profitability.
Manage department merchandising standards to drive sales.
Organizational skills of selling floor and back-stock area.
Daily upkeep of signing/pricing standards.
Ability to manage a back-up lead to fill/run department on leads day off.
Leading in the customer service standard in their department by being the department expert on goods, ordering special items for customers as needed.
