Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm smile
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client experiences
- Handle various administrative support tasks efficiently
Key Duties Include:
- Greeting clients and directing them around the restaurant
- Processing takeout orders from customers and third-party delivery partners
- Answer emails, help clients with reservations and private event bookings
- Answering and forwarding phone calls with professionalism
- Keeping the reception area clean and well-organized
What We Are Looking For:
- Customer-centric approach with a friendly disposition
- Ability to work collaboratively in a very fast-paced team environment
- Must speak or at least understand either Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese
