Position: QA Specialist/ Productivity Specialist - Full time

Who we are looking for:
A detail-oriented, bilingual team member to join our office team full-time. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality care, maintaining compliance, and supporting clinician productivity for both pediatric and adult patients across multiple disciplines (ST, PT, OT, LVN & RN).
Key Responsibilities include:
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Review therapy notes (ST, PT, OT) for pediatric and adult patients
- Ensure documentation aligns with the Plan of Care and meets billing standards
- Identify inconsistencies or missing documentation
- Communicate with clinicians for corrections or clarifications
Productivity Support:
- Monitor clinician visit numbers and compliance with their weekly commitment
- Track missed visits and non-compliant cases
- Call patients to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on visits
- Input and maintain accurate data records related to visit tracking and clinician performance
Administrative Support:
- Message with clinicians regarding scheduling, visit follow-ups, and day-to-day support needs
- Assist with incoming and outgoing faxes
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support additional clerical or office-related tasks as needed
Skills We are Looking For:
- Spanish speaking preferred, not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with data and learning internal systems
- Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills
