The ideal candidate for this position will have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current Texas Physical Therapist license; candidates in the process of pursuing a degree in an accredited physical therapy program are welcome to apply.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Current Texas license as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Physical Therapist Role (PT):
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, safety, and proper techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation to support the delivery of physical therapy services.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with applicable clinical, ethical, and legal standards.
- Maintain professional competence and stay current with evidence-based practices.
