Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious coffee using various techniques and equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drink preparation and presentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs.
- Provide menu recommendations and additional information.
- Sell coffee and coffee grinding, and brewing equipment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and brewing methods.
- Provide a personalized, engaging customer experience with attention to detail and care.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain inventory and manage storage and supplies.
- Keep a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment.
- Perform daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista is essential.
