Job Responsibilities and Description
- Crew team members will learn a variety of positions in the restaurant including front of house (drive thru, registers, deserts, order delivery) and back of house (grill, fryers, sandwiches, packaging). You may work one or the other, or be cross trained depending on need and ability.
Requirements
- Must be 16 or older to qualify
- Must be quick on the feet, with the ability to work at a fast pace while providing top tier hospitality.
- We require an attitude of service and teamwork with a pleasant demeanor and care for our guests and team mates.
- Must be able to count change (front of house) and handle quick math in kitchen while reading orders and summarizing needed production quantities.
- Must posses good hygiene practices with neatly trimmed hair that may be restrained, no facial hair, and no facial piercings or gauges (one small nose stud is allowed).
- No prior criminal record or charges and ability to pass a background check at employers discretion.
