Position Summary
As a Weekend Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a meal made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You’ll be responsible for preparing food items to Culver’s standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting the team to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Prepare, portion, and label food ingredients for service (e.g., produce, sauces, proteins).
Follow Culver’s recipes and food safety guidelines precisely.
Maintain stock levels by rotating and replenishing ingredients as needed.
Ensure all prep areas, equipment, and storage spaces are cleaned and sanitized.
Work efficiently to support kitchen staff during peak hours.
Uphold Culver’s standards for food quality, accuracy, and safety.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old.
Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required—training provided!
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and dependable work ethic.
