Job Responsibilities and Description
- Our team members will learn a variety of positions in the restaurant including Front of House (drive thru, registers, deserts, order delivery) or Back of House (grill, fryers, sandwiches, packaging).
- You may work one or the other, or be cross trained depending on need and ability.
- You will begin as a team member, and then work up from there within the restaurant at your own pace!
Team Member 1 - Learn front of house (FOH) or back of house (BOH) and closing tasks associated with your positions
Team Member 2 (Position Specialist) - Learn both FOH and BOH tasks, as well as master two positions well enough to train a new team member
Team Member 3 (Crew Trainer) - Learn all FOH and BOH tasks and be able to train anyone on any position
Team Member 4 (Shift Lead) - All FOH and BOH tasks, training, as well as start to learn the basics of shift management and occasionally assist with break schedules, deep cleaning, and other duties as assigned by a manager.
Requirements
- Must be 16 or older to qualify for Team Member 1- 18 or older to qualify for Team Member 2
- Must be quick on your feet, with the ability to work at a fast pace while providing top tier hospitality
- We require an attitude of service and teamwork with a pleasant demeanor and care for our guests and team mates
- Must be able to count change (front of house) and handle quick math in kitchen while reading orders and summarizing needed production quantities.
- Must posses good hygiene practices with neatly trimmed hair that may be restrained, no facial hair, and no facial piercings or gauges (one small nose stud is allowed).
- No prior criminal record or charges and ability to pass a background check at employers discretion
