Job Responsibilities and Description
- Our team members will learn a variety of positions in the restaurant including Front of House (drive thru, registers, deserts, order delivery) or Back of House (grill, fryers, sandwiches, packaging).
- You may work one or the other, or be cross trained depending on need and ability.
Requirements
- Must be 16 or older to fill all necessary requirements of this job
- Must be quick on your feet, with the ability to work at a fast pace while providing top tier hospitality
- We require an attitude of service and teamwork with a pleasant demeanor and care for our guests and team mates
- Must be able to count change (front of house) and handle quick math in kitchen while reading orders and summarizing needed production quantities.
- Must posses good hygiene practices with neatly trimmed hair that may be restrained, no facial hair, and no facial piercings or gauges (one small nose stud is allowed).
- Adults 18 and over must complete a required background check: Due to the nature of our business and our work environment, which includes employees and guests who may be minors, employment is subject to a criminal background check. Applicants must meet our criminal-history requirements, which include disqualification for felony convictions. Criminal history will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law.
