Maintenance Team Member

Overview: The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing daily cleaning and repair tasks, completing monthly preventative maintenance, and assisting with additional projects as assigned. This role requires an early-morning schedule, a strong work ethic, and a solid understanding of equipment and basic technical skills.


Reports to: Senior Director of Operations


Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment
  • Complete morning cleaning checklists to ensure restaurant readiness
  • Conduct fryer boil-outs and other deep-cleaning procedures
  • Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and submitting credits
  • Repair equipment as assigned
  • Carry out additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Hours:

  • 10-20 hours per week

Requirements:

  • 6am-10am availability.
  • Ability to lift 50 lb.
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in a maintenance related position
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent problem solving skills
