Overview: The main point of this position is leading the entire Front of House (FOH). This includes delivering a great guest experience, training/developing team leaders and team members, setting and achieving goals, and solving any problems that arise.


Reports to: Senior Director of Operations


Direct Reports: Team Leaders


Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the entirety of the FOH guest experience (all destinations, dayparts, etc.)
  • Organizes and provides strategy around our most important goals 


  1. General Director Responsibilities
  • Casts vision and sets goals for FOH area that align with organizational goals
  • Executes routine restaurant systems that are tied to organizational goals
  • Participates in recurring director meetings
  • Oversees operational success day-to-day
  1. Leads and Develops FOH Team Leaders
  • Leads and develops the FOH Leader Team to run great shifts 
  • Creates and updates individual scoreboards for direct reports
  • Leads recurring meetings (FOH Leader Meetings, 1-on-1s)
  • Provides feedback and coaching to current and aspiring leaders
  1. Manages all FOH Operational Systems
  • Oversees and improves all operational systems and processes
  • Enforces adherence to all Chick-fil-A standards and policies
  • Troubleshoots issues with IT, equipment, and systems/processes
  • All other tasks as assigned
  1. Creates a warm, inviting, and positive culture
  • Exemplifies the core service and hospitality values of Chick-fil-A
  • Daily personally connects with every team member in an intentional way
  • Leads and develops all FOH Team members to embrace Genuine Hospitality

Requirements:  

  • Full-Time, 40+ hours per week, open availability required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
