DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct On-The-Job (OTJ) training sessions for new employees to ensure they understand cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Report any disciplinary issues involving cleaning technicians to HR for appropriate action.
- Conduct thorough inspections of client accounts to maintain quality standards and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account inspection notes for documentation and reference.
- Manage inventory of paper products and ensure they are distributed to appropriate sites efficiently.
- Handle paperwork related to paper product distribution and serve as the primary liaison between the field staff and the office.
- Fill in for absent employees as needed to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Organize labor allocation in the field, adjusting team assignments as necessary to cover absences and meet workload demands.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for cleaning technicians and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Actively participate in recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates for cleaning positions.
- Learn and perform floor cleaning tasks as needed to support the team and meet client requirements.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with the integrator, providing regular updates on personnel, operational issues, and suggestions for process improvement.
- Communicate changes in company policies or procedures clearly to cleaning technicians to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the manager to develop effective strategies for approaching new client accounts.
- Promote a culture of health and safety among staff, promptly reporting any violations or hazards to the Integrator.
- Ensure that all staff members wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during work hours.
- Coordinate the setup of new client accounts, ensuring all requirements are met and expectations are communicated clearly.
- Actively participate in leadership meetings, contributing positively to discussions and decision-making processes.
- Ensure all checklists and sign-off sheets are completed accurately and in a timely manner for quality assurance purposes.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities during client visits to maximize revenue and enhance service offerings.
