What You'll Do As a Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Technician, you'll:
- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, and fans
- Work both inside facilities and on rooftops
- Help protect customers by ensuring fire safety compliance
- Deliver quality work while maintaining DFS's commitment to excellence and customer service
This is an active, physical position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing team.
Typical Schedule
- 2 available shifts – Days & Nights
- Occasional weekend work

- Reliable transportation to and from our Albany office
