Physical Qualifications:
- Must be able to operate various automotive equipment
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to bend, twist, and lift as needed
Job duties include, but are not limited to…:
- Performing Jiffy Lube's Signature Service Oil Change
- Inspecting and servicing fluids, filters, tire rotations, and more
- Overseeing technicians to ensure procedures are followed
- Mentoring and coaching store-level teammates
Qualifications:
Previous automotive work experience of at least 1 year required, dealership or quick lube experience preferred. We are seeking individuals who can provide exceptional leadership and inspire high-performance teams.
