What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire: Coach, train, and motivate teammates to deliver their best work.
- Create great customer experiences: Build trust, answer questions, and help customers feel confident about their vehicle maintenance.
- Keep operations running smoothly: Support daily store activities, inventory management, and service quality.
- Learn the business: Help perform Jiffy Lube Signature Service and routine preventive maintenance.
- Lead by example: Foster a positive, collaborative environment where teammates feel supported and customers come first.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience in automotive service, a dealership, a tire center, quick lube, retail, or another customer-focused business.
- Leadership, supervisory, or team-training experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to operate service equipment, move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and meet the physical demands of the position.
