We are seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor to join our workforce. This is a hands-on, labor-focused leadership position responsible for both supervising employees and actively supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
• Supervise, lead, and provide day-to-day directions to a crew of approximately 6-8 employees.
• Coach and direct employees on processes, equipment, safety, quality, and performance expectations.
• Process customer sales and promote other wash services to increase revenue.
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor based on operational needs.
• Ensure employees follow established work instructions, procedures, and production requirements.
• Maintain adherence to safety procedures.
• Support basic preventive and ongoing maintenance activities as needed.
• Keeping the facility and grounds clean, neat, and in working order during down time.
Required Skills
• Previous supervisory experience beneficial but will train the right individual.
• Strong hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the crew.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand or walk for extended periods, with occasional climbing, bending, lifting, and other physical activities associated with general labor position.
