Part-Time Dining Room Host, Weekday Lunch Shift

Dining Room Hosts help ensure every guest receives signature Chick-fil-A service throughout their visit.


Position Type:

• Part-time

• Monday-Friday

• 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

• Approximately 15 hours per week

• Preference is given to candidates available all five weekdays, but strong candidates with consistent school-day availability are encouraged to apply

Dining Room Host Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a smile, eye contact and enthusiastic communication

• Create meaningful connections and help guests feel genuinely cared for

• Check on guests and anticipate their needs throughout their visit

• Clear trays, clean tables and reset seating areas promptly

• Offer drink refills and other 2nd mile hospitality

• Keep the condiment stand clean, organized and fully stocked

• Monitor restrooms, floors, trash areas and other dining room spaces

• Support mobile dine-in orders and Front of House operations as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe and inviting dining room throughout the lunch rush

• Communicate guest concerns, safety hazards and supply needs to leadership

• Remain active, attentive and present in the assigned position

• Work independently while supporting the larger Front of House team

• Follow Chick-fil-A rules, food-safety practices and dress-code standards

• Complete other related duties as assigned

• Able to stand, walk, bend and remain active for the full shift

• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
