Northampton Country Club is looking for an energetic individual to join its ever-growing team. We specialize in events of all shapes and sizes as well as regular dining in our restaurant. Our golf course and racquets facilities are open year-round, and our pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Summary of Position:
Create and maintain a clean and orderly environment for our members and their guests. Uphold the Club's sanitary standards and have attention to detail.
Hours:
Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm, Sunday 7am-3pm
Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Perform a variety of cleaning duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Clean rooms, hallways and restrooms in Clubhouse, Pool, Snack Bar and Golf Course
- Removes trash from pool side, Snack Bar and Golf Course restrooms
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to Club standard
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors of any damage, deficits and disturbances
- Check stocking levels of all consumables so more can be ordered
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and follow Club policies
- Report and return to Lost and Found any found items in Club areas
- Clean, store and disinfect all equipment at the end of shift
- Maintain a positive relationship with employees and the members
- Collect and remove trash and debris from all Clubhouse areas
- Perform deep cleaning when required
Job Requirements:
- At least two (2) years prior experience as a Housekeeper
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high level of performance
- Customer-Oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Basic knowledge of the English language
