Your focus: Deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage the shop's operations smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the service team to maximize sales and ensure top-notch customer visits.
- Spend most of your time at the front counter, hands-on with sales.
- Streamline production workflows for better efficiency.
- Boost sales and profits by reviewing reports, spotting opportunities, and taking action.
- Develop your team with training and career growth chances.
- Keep communication open—share goals, sales info, and updates with everyone.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in automotive.
- 5+ years in sales.
- Management experience in retail or similar.
- Strong customer service background.
- Excellent sales abilities.
- Solid integrity, both professional and personal.
Knowledge Areas:
- General car operations and maintenance.
- Oil changes, brakes, tires, exhaust, electrical services.
- Fluid flushes, tune-ups, state inspections, suspensions.
- Shocks, struts, steering, transmissions.
