Automotive District Manager – Multi-Shop Operations

We're looking for a motivated, experienced Automotive Regional Manager to join us!
Your focus: Oversee multiple shops to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive regional performance, and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead store managers and service teams across the district to maximize sales and ensure top-notch customer visits.
- Spend time visiting shops, providing hands-on guidance on sales and operations.
- Streamline production workflows and best practices for efficiency across all locations.
- Boost regional sales and profits by analyzing reports, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies.
- Develop teams through training Technicians, Service Advisors, and Managers, career growth, and performance management across the district.
- Foster open communication—share goals, sales data, and updates with store managers and teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in automotive industry.
- 7+ years in sales.
- Management experience in multi-location retail or similar.
- Strong customer service background.
- Excellent sales and leadership abilities.
- Solid integrity, both professional and personal.
Knowledge Areas:
- General car operations and maintenance.
- Oil changes, brakes, tires, exhaust, electrical services.
- Fluid flushes, tune-ups, state inspections, suspensions.
- Shocks, struts, steering, transmissions.
