Key Duties:
- Clean, polish, and detail boats
- Block boats
- Waxing, bottom painting, and zinc replacement
- Power washing and grounds maintenance
- Operate yard machinery, hand/power tools (air hammers, measuring tools, etc.)
- Assist team members with basic boat maintenance and repairs
- Follow instructions, work independently, and commit to safety
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of boat maintenance and repair
- Physical stamina for manual labor (e.g., lifting 60-pound packages frequently)
- Srong work ethic and desire to grow with the team
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
