The Role
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader helping run daily operations while developing and supporting your team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading shifts and keeping operations running smoothly
- Coaching, training, and developing team members
- Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate guest service
- Maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Assisting with inventory, ordering, and organization
- Jumping in to solve problems and support the team when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of leadership experience (restaurant preferred)
- A leader who works alongside their team—not just directs
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and genuine care for guests and team
Schedule Expectations
Our managers typically work within a set window of 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM, depending on the shift.
That means:
- No overnight shifts
- No 4–5 AM openings
- No late-night closes
