Key Responsibilities:
- Direct team members and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Address and resolve guest concerns in the absence of management.
- Perform register closeouts and bank deposits.
- Open and/or close the store, executing related responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with local food-handling laws and Layne's standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience (1 year).
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for periods of up to 11 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain a friendly demeanor, even during high volume.
