Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates.
- Manage sales, expenses, profits, and assets effectively.
- Ensure top-notch customer service through team member development.
- Deliver exceptional inventory control and accuracy.
- Ensure store is merchandised effectively and presented in a clean and shoppable fashion.
- Implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Implement and develop efficient operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of previous retail management experience.
- Home improvement and repair experience a plus.
- High school education
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
- Willingness to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shifts.
