Role Description:
The Sales and Brand Growth Specialist creates and executes advertising and marketing strategies that impact the growth of sales through the increase of outside deliveries and Additional Distribution Point (ADP) opportunities, while maintaining a strong brand integrity and community connection. This expectations of this role is to generate outside sales, create community engagement, and to attract new clients to our restaurant while fostering a positive, lasting partnership.
Part Time = 15-20 hours/week

Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze a target market. Develop annual and monthly marketing plans that align with our strategy and goals. These plans should
include social media and guest spotlight implementation.
• Determine the goals of an advertising effort and execute marketing campaigns.
• Develop and enhance relationships with local community leaders, business owners, and school officials with an effort to
intentionally grow our brand.
• Exposure to business connections and networking.
• Create documentation and track monthly and annual catering and ADP sales.
• Politely and professionally interact with catering clients.
• Document and communicate future orders to Directors & kitchen staff.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram)
• Consistently ensure sales and brand growth standards are being met.
• Grow quantity of guest spotlight users via Chick-fil-A mobile app and increasing engagement.
