Summary of Position: Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment both inside and outside. Assist other team members as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Clean the dining room, restrooms, parking lot, patio and sidewalk areas prior to the restaurant opening.
• Check guest restrooms throughout shift to ensure cleanliness and proper supplies.
• Removes dishes, glasses and silverware from tables and clean table tops and seats.
• Observes other stations and applies team work to help where needed.
• Completes any other duties assigned by manager.
