Overview
The Drive-Thru attendant is extremely important in providing a positive drive thru experience for our guests and in enhancing Nicha’s sales. At Nicha’s, the Drive-Thru plays a critical role in our organization. The Drive-Thru attendant is responsible for greeting our customers, taking orders, answering any questions guests may have, and is the primary point of contact for our drive-thru guests. The Drive-Thru attendant is responsible for processing customer payments through the POS system.
Required Training/Education/Experience
High School diploma or equivalent helpful, but not required
Prior Counter-Server/POS experience preferred
Minimum Qualifications
Friendly with a professional appearance
Able to maintain their composure at all times
Must be alert to guest needs
Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with staff
Must be an effective communicator with guests, staff, and management
Must understand and be able to communicate with guests and staff in English
Must be in good physical condition and able to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities/Duties
• Arrive on time, in uniform, and clock in as scheduled.
• Maintain a clean environment in our drive-thru area.
• Be quick and efficient.
• “Thank and Invite” guess to return.
