Position Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and
presenting menu items to the standards of our casual fine dining country club.
This role requires precision, consistency, and strong attention to detail to
ensure every dish reflects the high standards expected by our members and
guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and club
standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations throughout service.
- Coordinate with chefs and fellow line cooks to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in prep work, including sauces, proteins, and garnishes.
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards.
- Support banquet and special event functions as required.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience
preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and knife skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Food Handler’s certification (or ability to obtain).
- Passion for hospitality and fine dining presentation.
