Pantry Cook (Garde Manger)
Position Summary
The Pantry Cook is responsible for preparing all cold
station menu items, including salads, appetizers, cold entrees, and desserts,
ensuring consistency and presentation meet the club’s fine dining standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare salads, dressings, cold appetizers, and plated
desserts.
- Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of food items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pantry station.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to execute daily service and events.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Prior pantry or garde manger experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cold preparation techniques and plating standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently during peak service times.
